JOHN DANIEL, PRESIDENT RECYCLING DIVISION
John Daniel has over 14 years of progressively responsible experience in the waste and recycling industries and has direct knowledge of procurement, brokerage, sales, trash hauling and recycling operations. His understanding of both domestic and international brokerage as well as material sales encompasses managing supply sources from printers, convertors, manufacturing, and distribution centers.
Among his previous positions, John managed the brokerage and sales for Vista Fibers, the largest independent packer and broker in the southwest. He also served as manager for both BFI Acco Waste Paper and BFI Houston Commercial, a 110-truck trash hauling company. At Enron, John helped develop an international scrap paper trading group.

CLAIRE NEWTON, CFO FEDERAL INTERNATIONAL
Claire Newton has developed exceptional skills over the past 21 years with Federal - not only in accounting and customer service, but in managing supply and marketing material as well. In her current roll as CFO, she manages all aspects of our accounting and customer service. Her ability to develop strong processes is one of the keys to our outstanding customer service, prompt payments, and strong collections management.
Claire has successfully implemented our E-Service - which allows 24 hour access to any information our customers could want. This information is available for download in Excel, or can be put into a customized format.

LESLIE THEN, VICE PRESIDENT ASIA
Leslie Then was born on the green island of Singapore. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in business management, majoring in finance. Subsequently he went on to travel around the world on a myriad of work assignments, living and working in Myanmar, India, Japan, Beijing, Shanghai. His knowledge and experience is instrumental to assist Federal International in developing the Asia and south Asia business.
Leslie is married with one daughter and lives in St Louis, USA.

EDGARDO WENTE, VICE PRESIDENT RECYCLING DIVISION
Born and raised in Argentina, Edgardo Wente has spent the last 20 years as one of the premier marketers of scrap in the Southwest U.S. and Central America. He has an exceptional understanding of the Mexican markets and has relationships spanning two decades with many of the buyers.
Edgardo managed the marketing of all the recyclables in the Southwest for both Smurfit Stone and BFI. Edgardo also spent over a decade as a ski instructor in Europe and South America.
Edgardo is fluent in German, Spanish, English and French.

JIM SCHULZ
Jim Schulz has over 31 years of extensive experience working with commercial printers, grocery distribution, paper converting, box manufacturing, and envelope production facilities. He excels at consulting with our suppliers and training them on methods to increase revenues and reduce operating costs. Jim has worked with some of the largest companies throughout North America and has a very successful track record at producing significant increases in revenue for them.
Among his previous positions, Jim has managed regional supply and growth for Recycle America Alliance. He also specialized in printers for The Peltz Group, as well as years with USA Waste and BFI. During these years, Jim has had extensive training on equipment, procurement, and sales. Jim works from our Minneapolis, MN office.

SOFIA WELSH
Sofia Welsh has over 10 years experience in managing recyclables' supply from generators at the local and national level as well as buying for a paper mill. Her understanding of the needs faced by suppliers includes the importance of pricing, service, and relationships. She has proven that by excelling at these three items, our suppliers' satisfaction will always be exceptional.
Her previous positions include mill buyer at the McKinley linerboard mill, National Accounts manager, and regional accounts manager. Sofia speaks Spanish and English and works from our office in El Paso, TX.
