Federal International, Inc. has three divisions that broker foam secondary fiber: Federal International, Inc. - St. Louis, MO; Federal By-Products - Holland; and Eurofed - Italy. These three divisions working together import into the United States scrap foam for carpet underlay, making us the largest importer of scrap foam. The St. Louis division also brokers foam secondary fiber domestically in the United States.
